You are hereHome / BKL and Wilson Wright welcomes new Chief Growth Officer

8 Apr 2025

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our senior leadership team with the appointment of new Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Juliet Shaw.

Juliet joins us with over 20 years’ experience in business development, strategic sales and change leadership. This includes senior roles at EY, Frost & Sullivan and PA Consulting, with a strong record of fostering year-on-year growth among sales teams.

Juliet will be working closely with other members of our senior leadership team – including CEO, Lee Brook, Chief Financial Officer, Neill Ryder and Chief People Officer, Greg McCaw – applying her expertise to help guide strategic, financial and cultural growth at the firm.

Juliet said: “I’m excited to be joining BKL and Wilson Wright to drive growth. There are a wealth of opportunities that I am eager to test with our clients and our people to understand how we can best work together and support more clients in the moments that matter.”

Lee said: “As we look ahead to the next phase of BKL and Wilson Wright’s growth and development, it’s great to welcome Juliet to the team. Her experience in driving strategic change, and helping people to give their best, will add huge value as we expand our services and advice, building even stronger relationships with ambitious clients.”

Juliet’s appointment comes at the same time as BKL and Wilson Wright expands its senior-level technical expertise, with three new tax partners having joined the business in the past month: Susie Mullin, Sehjal Gupta and Luigi Lungarella.
